Who We Are

NR Enterprises & Consulting ("NR Enterprises," "we," "us") provides home remodeling, repair, pre-sale property preparation, and real estate consulting services in Big Spring, Texas and surrounding West Texas communities. Consulting services are advisory in nature; we are not a licensed real estate brokerage, and our guidance does not replace the advice of a licensed real estate agent, attorney, inspector, or appraiser where required.

Estimates & Project Terms

• Consultations and property evaluations are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Written estimates are valid for 30 days. Material prices may change with supplier costs; changes will be communicated before work proceeds.
• Project scope, pricing, deposits, and payment schedules are defined in a written agreement signed before work begins.
• Change orders requested after work begins may adjust cost and timeline and will be approved in writing before execution.

Scheduling & Cancellation

Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Project scheduling commitments are outlined in each project agreement.

Payments

We accept payment methods identified in your written agreement or invoice. Deposits and progress payments, where applicable, are stated in the agreement. Final payment is due on substantial completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Workmanship & Limitations

We stand behind our workmanship. Any workmanship warranty, and its duration, is stated in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials and appliances pass through to the client. Consulting recommendations reflect our professional judgment of market conditions at the time given; real estate markets change, and we cannot guarantee sale prices, sale timelines, appraisal outcomes, or investment returns.

Retention & Your Rights
